We're going to my brother-in-law's in Oak Park for Thanksgiving, so we opted to bring the pies since they travel well. One pumpkin and one bourbon pecan. We were going to do a pumpkin cheesecake originally, but my 5 year old nephew likes the classics.Jim's making the crust tonight, then I'll make the actual pies on Wednesday. Tag-team cooking!
